Introducing the Eclipse App. This is a safe, guided space to interact with the innermost parts of you, to create authentic healing. We help you do this through what we call TERMs – Transformational Emotional Release Meditations. These meditations were created to lead you deeper into yourself and closer towards the roots and tangles that have constructed your thoughts, emotions, ideas and life. Untangling these roots will unlock your true self and your deepest desires.
In this space, phases are central to all of the healing work you will do. Our goal is to help support your desire to heal through the natural phases and rhythms of life. While using the Eclipse App, you will see meditations are organized by icons, indicating a moon phase. Each phase will support you in different levels of healing. Starting with New Moon, followed by Crescent, Full Moon and culminating in Eclipse, each phase will take you deeper and closer to your goals.
You will find the Eclipse App interface is simple to use. On the homepage, you will find exclusive announcements, new resources, and other Eclipse news. At the bottom of your screen, select “listen” to have access to our full library of meditations. This library is constantly being added to! While here, you can browse by topic to find the meditation you feel most drawn to. Within each topic there are meditations, clearings, and affirmation tracks to support you. We also offer the “cards” button, here you will find daily wisdom cards which you pull to gather whatever wisdom is most needed daily.
This expansive library of resources allows you to find the peace you need at any moment. You may find yourself playing affirmations in the background of your busy morning, pausing for 5 minutes of meditation before your next task, or planning time to complete a full TERM to assist with deep healing.
You will find our meditations are different than any you have experienced before. That is because the Eclipse TERMs, Transformational Emotional Release Mediations, are created to connect with your senses, in order to allow your mind to recognize the false beliefs and negative emotions it is ready to let go of. Be mindful of the direction your thoughts take while meditating. Acknowledge thoughts that come in, and let go of those that do not serve you.
